Infrastructure & Team
Resources: Our Manufacturing set up is equipped with state of the art machinery. We are well connected with all supporting resource to give the best finish to the end product. Our production is monitored and controlled at every stage with a knowledge team of quality personnel. We source all over raw materials from the Pioneer industries in the market and ensure the quality parameter are maintained through out.
Sampling: We have a strong technical team to convert the sketch to sample. A skillful design team is in place to offer various options as per with the fashion trends. We strive to deliver an innovative, value added product and service to our customers.
Knitting: We have own fully fashion knitting machines imported from Germany to meet the new trend, fastest delivery time and right quality. We have different types of knitting gauge machines. So, that machines makes thin fabric to heavy fabric, customized designs and sizes as per the customer requirements.
Weaving: We have a strong team of weaving technicians and wide range of looms to deliver the designs as per the needs of the customer.

Infrastructure Facilities
Dyeing & Printing: We dye our yarn, fabrics and all types of printing in GOTS and OekoTex100 certified processing units. Thus we ensure that our coloring process is safe for the end user and for the environment.
Cutting & Stitching: Our skilled workers and modern machines are capable of handling any new designs and pattern.
Checking & Pressing: The garments are checked for the stated and implied needs of the customer and ensured that all the technical aspects are met, steaming is done to pack the garment in prestine condition.
Inspection: Our quality control team follow as per inspection procedure with all quality parameters before shipping and also an online inspection is done to ensure the defect tolerance is zero percent.
Packing & Delivery: Finished goods are packed as per the ratio and assortment required by the customers. The goods are ensured free of mold and any contamination. We have a strong network & logistics to handle our shipments through sea and air.
